How much does it cost to clean my home?

We provide a flat rate based on factors including number of bedrooms/rooms, bathrooms, state of a home, size, the frequency of cleaning, and any add on.

Can I request the same housekeepers each visit?

Every effort will be made to send the same cleaning lady each visit. However, due to illness, vacation or other circumstances beyond our control, we can’t guarantee that we will send the same cleaner each time.

Do you use green products or natural products?

Absolutely!
Our cleaning pros bring green or natural cleaning products safe for your family and the environment.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are animal lovers. Please leave your pet name and any instructions where your pet/s will be confined and if there are special instructions for your dog/s, cat/s or bird/s.

Do you have an option for house cleaning service every 3 weeks?

Our recurring scheduling is currently on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
A 3-week reoccurrence creates conflicts in our scheduling. Unfortunately, the same person cannot be in two places at the same time.

Do I have to be home at the time of my cleaning?

No, you do not have to be at home when your cleaning lady is cleaning your home. If you are not going to be home, please provide instructions in advance for how we can access your house to complete the cleaning.
However, if we won’t be able to access your home when we arrive to do the cleaning, and we cannot get a hold of you to find a solution quickly, we will need to charge a cancellation fee.
Please give us 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your scheduled clean.

Will you hold on to my house keys?

We do not take our customers’ keys. An option we recommend is that you get a combo lock box or install a numeric deadbolt on your door or leave a garage code. Garage codes seem to be the most favourable option for both our clients and cleaners because they are easier to use.

What should I do before you arrive?

You are not required to do any preparation for your cleaning. However, by picking up off the floor things like loose toys, clothes, small tools or other items, you will receive maximum value for your money so that your cleaner focuses on the job rather than tidy up.

Do I have to sign a contract or a service agreement?

Absolutely not! You never sign a contract with us. We strive to maintain our higher cleaning standards for each visit.

What you do not clean?

  • Inside dishwashers, dryers and laundry machines
  • Clean inside fireplace, unfinished basements
  • Decluttering and organising
  • Laundry services
  • Removing or cleaning hazardous materials (This requires a trained professional service)
  • Clean high ceilings or high to reach surfaces higher than a 2-step ladder
  • Clean or remove paint on windows, countertops, floors, doors
  • Clean inside garages

What are your hours of operation?

We work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. While we do not offer weekend, evening, or public holiday cleaning services on a regular basis, we may be able to arrange this on an occasional basis and when necessary.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to rectify the situation at no cost.

Do you provide references?

We gladly give references from hundreds of our satisfied clients.

What about special requests or adding projects?

Yes we do. Just let us know ahead of time.

Can my pets be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely! We suggest that you leave some treats so that your pet feels comfortable with us.

Is your company bonded and insured?

Yes,we are insured. We have a general liability insurance policy and a Worker Safety Insurance Board certificate. (WSIB)
