Yes, we are animal lovers. Please leave your pet name and any instructions where your pet/s will be confined and if there are special instructions for your dog/s, cat/s or birds.

Our recurring scheduling is based on weekly, biweekly or monthly (every 4 weeks) basis.

A 3 week reoccurrence creates conflicts in our scheduling. Unfortunately, the same team cannot be in two places at the same time.

No, you do not have to be at home when our cleaners are there. If you are not going to be home, please provide instructions in advance for how the team can access your house to complete the cleaning.

If our team is not able to access your home when we arrive to do the clean, and we cannot get a hold of you to find a solution quickly, we will need to charge a cancellation fee.

We require that you give us 48 hours’ notice, if you need to cancel your scheduled clean.

We do not take our customers’ keys. An option we recommend is that you get a combo lock box or install a numeric deadbolt on your door and leave a garage code. Garage codes seem the most favorable option for both our clients and cleaners because they are easy to use.

You are not required to do any preparation for your cleaning. However, by picking up off the floor things like loose toys, clothes, small tools or other items, you will receive maximum value for your money, as our cleaning team will be able to focus on the job.

Absolutely not! You never sign a contract with us. We strive to maintain our higher cleaning standards for each visit. However, we do have a cancellation policy. Please give us 2 days cancellation  notice if you need to cancel or change any upcoming appointments.

If you provide us 2 days notice, there is no cancellation fee.

We do not clean: black mould, inside of light fixtures, unreachable light fixtures, inside of dishwasher, garage, fireplaces. We do not do duct cleaning We do not offer any laundry services

We work Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 6 p.m. While we do not offer weekend, evening, or public holiday cleaning services on a regular basis, we may be able to arrange this on an occasional basis.

The price is calculated based on the square footage of your home, number of rooms, bathrooms and any add-on.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to rectify the situation at no cost.

We are happy to provide free visual estimates for offices to be accurate

Yes, it is insured. We have general liability insurance and Worker Compensation (WSIB certificate)
